What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.
Tube of choice, I used the gorgeous artwork of Lorenzo Di Mauro
which you can purchase from his site HERE. Please do not use
Lorenzo's artwork without a license!!
Scrap kit, I used the beautiful PTU kit by Vicki of Pink Princess, called Material Girl 2. Which you can
purchase from her blog HERE. Thanks Hun! 
Template 264 by the Divine Missy Minx of Divine Intentionz. Which you can download from her blog
HERE. Under Template Links 261-280. Thanks Hun
Mask of choice, I used one of Chelle's of WeeScotLass's WSL mask 72, which you can download form
HERE, under WSL masks61-120, please leave Chelle some love if you download.
Texture from Texture Vault
HERE. Click on free download under medium quality.
Font of choice, I used Champagne, you can get it at DaFont.
FILTERS USED:
Tronds - Golderizer
Two Moon - Cut Glass
Xero - Soft Mood
Xero - GreyScaler
Penta com - Dot and Cross
Open Missy's temp 264 and Chelle's mask 72 in psp, minimize mask. Shift D on template to duplicate,
close original. Delete credit layer. Highlight background layer, add a raster layer, Selections - Select
All - copy and paste paper of choice into selection. I used paper 13. Selections - Select None.
Layer - New Mask Layer - From Image - Choose WSL mask 72 from drop down list. Merge group.
Apply Two Moon Cut Glass (Settings below). Apply Tronds - Golderizer (with Golderizer, there is no settings, you just apply).
Add raster layer, Selections - Select all, copy and paste texture into selections. Apply Chelle's mask72,
merge group. Change blend mode to Color Legacy and lower opacity to around 70. Hide all layer but
the paper and texture layers. Merge visible. Resize by 105 twice. Unhide other layers.
Highlight circle1 layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a raster layer, copy and paste
paper of choice into selection, I used paper 15. Selections - Select None. Effects - Texture Effects -
Weave. (Settings below) Delete original circle1 layer.
Highlight Glittered circle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a raster layer, copy and paste
paper of choice into selection, I used paper 1. Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise. (Settings
below)
Highlight circle2 layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a raster layer, copy and paste
paper of choice into selection, I used paper 9. Select None. Delete original circle2 layer. Highlight
paper layer, copy and paste tube of choice, resize 90% twice. Duplicate layer Image - Mirror. Merge
tube layers together. Duplicate layer. On original, apply Xero - Soft Mood (settings below). Add
Gaussian Blur - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 7.00 radius.
On copy Apply Xero-GreyScaler (settings below) and change blend mode to Hard Light.
Highlight paper layer again - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - highlight Hard Light tube layer -
Add a raster layer, copy and paste texture into selection. Selections - Invert - Highlight each tube
layer and hit delete on keyboard. Selections None. On texture layer, change blend mode to Burn.
Highlight glitter rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a raster layer, copy and paste
paper of choice into selection, I used paper 1. Select None. You can delete original glitter rectangle.
Highlight Rectangle layer. You can use a paper or color, I left mine black. Apply Penta.com Dot and
Cross (Settings below).
Copy and paste ele28, resize 90%, make sure it's over the black rectangle. Using magic wand click
inside first frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by 4, copy and paste tube of choice, placing
the part of the tube you want inside the frame - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard.
Selections - Select None. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge those 2 layers together and change
blend mode to Luminance Legacy.
Using magic wand click inside second frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by 4, copy and paste tube of
choice, placing the part of the tube you want inside the frame - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on
keyboard. Selections - Select None. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge those 2 layers
together and change blend mode to Screen.
Highlight Frame layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - highlight Hard Light tube layer -
Add a raster layer, copy and paste texture into selection. Selections - Invert - Highlight each tube
layer and hit delete on keyboard. Selections None. On texture layer, change blend mode to Overlay
and lower opacity to around 40.
Move these layers, the 2 tube layers and texture layer below frame. Highlight frame layer and drop
shadow 2/2/50/3.25.
Delete Dotted rectangle and stars layers.
Copy and paste ele17, resize by 90%. Drop shadow 2/2/50/3.25. (see tag for placement.)
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Duplicate layer and move to bottom of frame (see tag for placement.)
Copy and paste ele37, resize by 45%. Drop shadow 2/2/50/3.25. Image - Mirror. (see tag
for placement.)
Copy and paste ele25, resize by 60%. Drop shadow (same as above). (see tag for placement.)
Copy and paste ele26, resize by 50%. Drop shadow (same as above). (see tag for placement.)
Copy and paste ele18, resize by 50%. Duplicate layer, merge layer down. Drop shadow (same as
above). Image - Mirror. (see tag for placement.)
Copy and paste ele6, resize by 50%. Drop shadow (same as above). (see tag for placement.)
Add copyright and watermark. For name I used Champagne font size foreground black stroke 1.5 and the red in my tag. Added a fat white gradient glow, drop shadow 2/2/60/3.25.
Crop if needed and save as png or jpeg.
