What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.
Tubes of choice (half image and close-up works well) I used the amazing artwork of
Ismael Rac which I purchased from AMI. Please do not use
if you don't have the proper license from AMI!!
Scrap kit, I used the awesome PTU kit by Tamie Addictive
Pleasures, called Punk Rock Barbie. Which I purchased from
Heartbeatz Creationz.
Mask of choice, I used one by the multi-talented Vix, you can download from her site
HERE check under Goodies - Masks. I used mask 147. Thanks Hun!
Template, I used tag template 63 by Rose of
Tag Tempates And More. Thanks Hun!
Font of choice, I used Vandalism, which you can download from
DaFont
FILTERS USED:
Xero - GreyTinter
Xero - Fritillary
Penta com - Dot And Cross
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open mask and template in PSP. Minimize mask. Shift D on template to duplicate. Close original.
Delete credit layer and circle layers. Highlight background layer, add a raster layer - Selections -
Select All - copy and past paper of choice into selection, I used paper 7 - Selections - Select None.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Choose Vix's mask 147 from drop down menu. Invert Data
UNCHECKED. Click Ok, merge group. Resize mask layer by 80 - 85%. Move to lower right hand side.
Duplicate layer, Image - Mirror. Move the copy layer to Upper left hand side. Merge mask layers
together. Apply Penta.com, settings below.
Highlight bottom blue rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 1, resize to liking, I resized about 70% - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on
keyboard. Selections - Select None. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00.
Highlight Purple rectangles. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 5 into selection. Selections - Select None. Apply Xero - Fritillary, settings
below. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00.
Highlight middle black rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 11 into selection - Selections - Select None. Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds,
settings below. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00.
Highlight Middle pink rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 12 into selection - Selections - Select None. Copy and paste half image tube of
choice, resize if needed using smart size. Duplicate layer. On original - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur,
Settings below. On copy change blend mode to Hard light, drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00. Highlight
Middle pink rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert - highlight each
tube layer - hitting delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.
Highlight left/right pink rectangles. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 12 into selection - Selections - Select None. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00.
Highlight Black square left - Adjust - Color Balance - Manual Color Correction - Change to white, screen
shot below. Do the same with Black square right. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00.
Highlight white squares left/right. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 5 into selection - Selections - Select None. Copy and paste close up of choice,
resize if needed. Place in right hand square. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge close up layers
together. Apply Xero - GreyTinter, settings below. Highlight white squares left/right. Selections -
Select All - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert - Highlight tube layer - hit delete on keyboard -
Selections - Select None. Change blend mode to Luminance Legacy.
Highlight Just a Flirt wordart. Using selection tool rectangle, draw a rectangle over the just a flirt
word art in the right square - Adjust - Color Balance - Manual Color Correction - Change to a color in
kit or tube, I used the pink. Selections - Select None.
Highlight Hearts - Adjust - Add/remove Noise - Add Noise. Settings below.
Copy and paste ribbon4, resize by 50%. Image - Mirror. Place on left hand square, see tag for
placement. Drop shadow 2/-1/50/5.00. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip. Merge
ribbon layers together.
Copy and paste barbed wire heart, resize by 50%. Drop shadow, same as above. Place on upper right
hand square, see tag for placement. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip. Merge barbed
wire heart layers together.
Copy and paste Heart2, resize by 50% twice. Drop shadow, same as above. Place on upper left hand
side between Center rectangle and left square, see tag for placement. Duplicate layer - Image -
Mirror. Merge heart layers together.
Add copyright info and water mark. Add name, I used Vandalism black, size 72. Added a gradient glow
Fat 3.00 white.
Crop if needed, save as png or jpeg.
