Mask & font of choice. Mask - I used Becky's 23. Font - Century Gothic.
FILTERS USED: (ALL OPTIONAL)
EYE CANDY 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Porcelain
Open template in psp, Shift D to duplicate. Close orginal. Delete layer. Image - Canvas Size 500 X 479 center placement. Highlight background layer, copy and paste paper of choice. I used paper10. Apply mask of choice and merge group.
Highlight layer 5. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste paper of choice. Selections - Invert - hit delete on keybard. Selections - Select None. I added a Gradient Glow 3.00 Fat. Drop shadow of choice.
Do layers 2, 3 & 4 the same way.
Layer 1, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste paper of choice, Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed drop shadow. Hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select none. Highlight paper layer and add gradient glow, if using and drop shadow. Highlight tube layer add Xero Porcelain, settings in Screen Shot below. Lower Opacity to about 50 in layer pallette.

Copy and paste doodle of choice, I used SHE59BV. Resize 80% and free rotate 90 degrees to the left. I added inner bevel (Screen Shot below), Gradient Glow and drop shadow of choice.
Copy and paste remaining elements of choice, resize and drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark and name. I used Century Gothic and added a gradient glow.
