What you will need:
Paint Shop Pro, I used version 9, but any version should work.
6 tube by the same artist. I used the adorable artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, which you can purchase HERE. Please do not use this artwork without the proper license!!
The lovely scrap kit by Jessica called Princess Party, which you can purchase HERE.
Awesome Template 34 by SophisticatSimone, which you can download from her fab tut site HERE. Look under links, then reource downloads.
Font I used was AnnabelleJF
FILTER USED:
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow - Optional
Open Simone template 34, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete Raster 3
On Raster 4, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 17 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Duplicate layer, merge down and drop shadow.
On Raster 5, do it the same was as above. I added a gradient glow 3.00 black halo and drop shadow.
On Raster 2, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 13 - Selections - Invert - delete on keyboard. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed - hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. I added drop shadow of 0 -0 -0 45 - 3.00.
Do Merged layer the same way, adding tubes, resize and drop shadow.
Add remaining elements, resize and drop shadow.
I also added Happy Birthday (optional).
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used AnabelleJF font and added a gradient glow 3.00 fat.
Crop, if needed and save as png or jpg.
