What you will need:
PaintShop Pro - I used version 9, but any version should work.
A tube of choice - I used the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko, which I purchased through CILM. Please do not use Jennifer's artwork without purchasing it through CILM!!
Scrapkit - I used the lovely FTU kit by Jessica of Scraps by Jessica, called Moments Like This. You can find this kit on Jessica's blog HERE. Please leave Jess some love if you download. Thanks so much Hun!!
Mask of choice - I used mask 012 by me.
Font of choice - I used Victorian.
Supplies - HERE (mask)
Filters Used:
FM Tools - Blend Emboss (Pay filter, but there is a 30 day demo. Blend Emboss is one of the filters that keeps working after the 30 days.)
Xero - Clarity & Porcelain
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open my mask in PSP and minimize
Open 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 1. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image. Pick AquaRebel315 Mask 012, Invert Data Unchecked, click OK. Merge group. Depending on the color of the paper used, you may want to duplicate once or twice.
Copy and paste bracket frame1. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 6 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Select None. Apply FM Tools - Blend Emboss. Settings Below. Drop Shadow and delete original frame.
Using magic wand, click inside frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by 5. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 5. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, Selections - Invert - Highlight paper layer - hit delete on keyboard - Highlight tube layer - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Move both paper and tube layers below frame. Highlight tube layer, apply Xero - Clarity (21-5-0). Screenshot below. Then apply Xero - Porcelain. Screenshot below.

Copy and paste leaves 2, resize and place on lower left side of frame. Drop shadow. Duplicate layer. Image - Mirror. Merge leaf layers together.
Copy and paste lace arch 1, resize, place on lower frame. Erase parts of the lace arch, if you like.
Copy and paste flower 2, resize. Erase stem & leaf. Place on lower right side of frame on top of leaf. Duplicate layer. Image - mirror. Merge flower layers together. Apply FM Tools - Blend Emboss. Same settings as above.
Copy and paste bow 1, resize and drop shadow. Place on lower left flower. Duplicate layer. Image - Mirror. Merge bow layers together.
Copy and paste bead 2, resize. Place on center of left bow. Duplicate layer. Image - Mirror. Merge bead and bow layers together.
Copy and paste metal swirls, resize if needed.
(Optional)
Copy and paste bead 1, resize and drop shadow. Place on metal swirl. Duplicate layer, as many times on the beads, to get what you want. See my tag for example.
Copy and paste ironkey 1, resize and drop shadow. Free rotate 20.00 right. Sharpen if you need to.
Copy and paste stickpin, resize and drop shadow. Free rotate 80.00 left. Image - mirror. See tag for placement. Erase part of the pin.
Add Copyright info, watermark & Name. I used Victorian Font. Added a gradient glow 3.00 fat. Drop shadow.
