What you will need:

Paintshop Pro - I used version 9, but this tut should work in any version.

4 tubes of choice - I used the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey, which I purchased from MPT. Please do not use if you have not purchased from MPT!!!

Scrapkit - I used the beautiful PTU kit by Sarah of Pimp My Tags, called Seduced. You can find Sarah's blog HERE. Thanks so much Hun!!

Template - I used template 90 by Nicole of Jbs2design. You can find Nicole's fab blog HERE. Supllied with Nicole's permission. Thanks bunches Hun!!

Mask - I used one by me.

Supplies HERE (template & mask)

Filters Used:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Xero - Soft Mood

Penta com - Color Dot



Open Nicole's template 90, shift D to duplicate. Close original. Delete credit layer. Highlight bottom layer, add a raster layer. Arrange - send to bottome. Image - Canvas size - 600 X 600 centered. Floodfill white.

Highlight ribbon 1 - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 10 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Add a fat 3.00 gradient glow and drop shadow. Delete original ribbon layer.

Highlight ribbon 2 - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 7 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow. Delete original ribbon layer.

Highlight Large oval - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 5 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Add gradient glow and drop shadow. Delete original oval layer.

Highlight Small Oval - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 6, Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Open my mask 19 in PSP and minimize. Copy and paste paper 4 - Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - choose mask 19 by me from dropdown list - Click ok. Merge group. Highlight small oval - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert - highlight mask layer - Hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Add gradient glow and drop shadow to the paper layer of small oval. Delete original small oval.

Highlight top diamond layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice - I used paper 2 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed - hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Highlight paper layer, add a black halo 3.00 gradient glow and drop shadow. Delete original diamond layer.

Do bottom diamond the same way.

Highlight top tube layer, apply Xero - Soft Mood, settings below. Lower opacity to about 60%. Do bottom tube layer the same way.



Copy and paste ribbon 1, resize 60%. Image - Flip, drop shadow. I applied Penta.com - Color dot to mine, but that's optional.



Copy and paste flower1, resize 60% twice. Drop shadow. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge flower layers together.

Copy and paste Wrap4. Drop shadow. Erase ends of ribbon.

Copy and paste button1, drop shadow. Apply penta.com - color dot (Optional)>

Copy and paste tube/s of choice, resize if needed and drop shadow.

Add Copyright info, watermark & Name. I used Black Chancery and added a fat gradient glow, drop shadow.

Crop, if needed, save as png or jpg.
