What you will need:
PaintShop Pro - I used version 9, but this should work in any version.
Tube of choice - I used the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko, which you can purchase from CILM. Please do not use this artwork without a license from CILM!!
Scrapkit - I used a lovely PTU kit by Rachel of Captivated Visions called Exqusite Love, it's for the grand opening. Please check Rachel's blog HERE for details on where to purchase. Thanks so much Hun!! ~xx~
Mask - I used Mask 1 by SophisticatSimone, you can find Simone's fab mask on her tut site HERE. Thank you so much Hun!! ~xx~
Font of choice - I used Sheer Beauty
Filters Used:
Mura Meister - Copies *With Geocites being gone, I'm not sure where to dl Mura Meister filters anymore*
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Open Simone's mask1 in PSP, minimize. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper07. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - pick Simone's mask from Dropdown list. Merge group.
Copy and paste frame, resize by 70% and drop shadow.
Using Magic wand , click inside frame - Selections - Modify - Expand by 10 - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 09 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Copy and tube of choice, resize if needed - Hit delete on keyboard - Select None. Drop shadow tube layer. Arrange both paper and tube layer to below frame.
Copy and paste flower 1, resize by 50%, drop shadow. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge down.
Copy and paste bow 02, resize by 50%, dorp shadow. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge down.
Copy and paste brooch05, resize 75%, drop shadow. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste Diamond02, resize 60%. Apply Mura Meister Copies, settings below.
Drop shadow, resize layer 130%. Arrange layer to above mask layer. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen twice.
Add Copyright info, watermark and Name. I used Sheer Beauty and added a gradient glow - black halo, drop shadow.
Crop, if needed, and save as png or jpg.
