What you will need:
PaintShop Pro - I used version 9, but any version should work.
Tubes of choice - I used the adorable artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, you can purchase Suzanne's artwork from her site HERE. Please do not use her artwork without a license from her store!!
Scrapkit - I used the beautiful PTU kit by Jessica of Scraps by Jessica, called Sunfidulgence. Check out Jessica's store HERE. Thank you so much Sweety!! ~xx~
Template - I used Template 61 by Rachel of Scraps of Enchantment. You can find that on Rachel's fab blog HERE. Please leave Rachel some love if you download!! Thanks so much Hun!! ~xx~
Mask - I used Vix mask 143. You can find Vix's awesome masks on her tut site HERE, under goodies. If you download, please leave her some love! Thank you very much Hun! ~xx~
Font of choice - I used AL Softhearted
Filters Used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)
Open Rachel's template 61 in PSP, shift D to duplicate, close original. Delete credit layer. Highlight bottom layer, floodfill white.
Open Vix Mask 143 and minimize in PSP. Copy and paste paper of choice - Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Choose Vix's mask from drop down list. Invert Mask Data Unchecked. Merge group.
Highlight tag bracket layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper24 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. I added a fat gradient glow (optional) and drop shadow.
Do remaining layers the same way. Using different papers. When you get to Black Inside frame - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper5 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Copy and paste tube, resize if needed ( I made sure the tube was inside frame and resized) - Hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Rotate tube layer 12 degree left. Add the gradient glow to the paper layer. Do other black inside frame layer the same way.
Do the brackets the same way, I added a black halo gradient glow to those.
Copy and paste main tube, resize if needed and drop shadow.
Copy and paste remaining elements of choice, resize and drop shadow. See tag for placement.
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used Al Softheartedl, added a gradient glow and drop shadowed.
Crop, if needed, save as png or jpg.
