What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.
Tube and close-up of choice, I used an amazing tube by Keith Garvey.
Which I bought from MPT. Please do not use if you don't have
a license from MPT!!

Tramages - Tow The Line
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open template and mask in PSP, minimize mask. Shift D on template to duplicate and close original.
Delete credit layer. Resize by 90% smart size. Making sure that all layers is checked. Selections -
Select All - Add a raster layer, copy and paste paper of choice into selection. I used paper 1. Layers -
New Mask Layer - From Image - Select Chelle's mask 84 from drop down menu. Merge group.
Selections - Select All - Add a raster layer, copy and paste texture into selection. Apply mask again.
Set blend mode to Burn and lower opacity to around 60%.
Highlight Black Rectangle - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - add a raster layer, copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 10. Appy Tramages - Tow The Line. (Settings below)
Highlight Circle layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a layer, copy and paste paper of
choice into selection. I used paper 12. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed. Selections -
Invert - Hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Change blend mode to Burn on tube layer.
Highlight circle layer again. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - highlight tube layer - add a layer
- copy and paste texture into selection. Change blend mode to Overlay.
Add another layer, copy and paste sparkles into selections. Select None.
Highlight circle paper layer. Copy and paste city scene, resize 75% twice. Arrange it on the lower
part of circle. Highlight paper layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert -
highlight city scape layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections None. Change to blend to
Burn. You can now delete original circle layer.
I deleted the dotted square layer, but that is up to you.
Highlight Left square layer, Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise (settings below) do the same
on Right square layer.
Highlight Left Pink Square - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Add a raster layer, copy and
paste paper of choice into selection. I used paper 2. Copy and paste tube close up, resize if needed -
Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Apply Xero - Radiance
(settings below) Change blend mode to Hard Light.
Due right pink square the same way. Apply Xero - GreyScaler (settings below). Change blend mode to
Hard Light
Highlight top wordart layer, merge down. Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat - add raster layer -
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3, fill with a color from tube or kit of choice, I used a pink. Select
None, arrange layer to below wordart. Drop shadow 1/-1/40/3.00.
Copy and paste floral swirl, resize 80%, rotate 35% left. See tag for placement. I added a gradient
glow 3.0 fat white. Drop shadow 1/-1/40/3.00. Duplicate layer, Image - flip - Image - Mirror. Merge
layer down. Arrange swirl layer to above texture and mask layers.
Copy and paste Hat, resize 40%, drop shadow. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste Flower, resize 25%, drop shadow. Place on lower left hand side (see tag). Duplicate
layer, Image - Flip - Image - Mirror.
Copy and paste Star 2, resize 35%, drop shadow (same as above). Place on upper left hand side (see
tag).
Add Copyright info and watermark. I used Whiteboard Modern Demo for name in black, size 48.
Did the same thing for name that I did for the wordart and added a fat white gradient glow. Drop
shadow.
Crop if desired, and save as png or jpeg.
Below is the outcome when I added the same texture to the closeups. If you want to do this.
Highlight left pink square. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - highlight closeup tube layer -
add a raster layer, copy and paste texture into selection. Select none. Change blend mode to Burn
and lower opacity to around 60.
Do the same for the right pink square. Change blend mode to Burn and lower opacity to around 66.
