What you will need:

PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.

1 or 2 Tubes of choice, I used the gorgeous art of Ted Hammond. Which I purchased from CILM.
Please do not use this artwork without the proper license from CILM.

Scrap kit of choice, I used the awesome PTU kit by Vicki of Pink Princess Scraps, called Back in Black,
Which I purchased from Vicki's blog HERE. Thanks for sharing Hun Smile

Mask of choice, I used rockmask1 by Rose, which you can download on the Creative Misfits Creations
blog HERE. Thanks Hun Razz Smile

Texture from Texture Vault, you can download from
HERE. Click on free download under medium quality.

Font of choice, I used Two Tones, you can download it at
DaFont.

FILTERS USED:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radiance

Open mask and tubes in psp and minimize. Open a 650 X 500 transparent canvas, floodfill white. Add
a raster layer - Selections - Select All, copy and paste paper of choice into selection (I used paper8).
Selections - Select None. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image, choose mask of choice from drop
down menu, making sure invert data is unchecked, if using Rose's mask. Merge group. Add a raster
layer. Selections - Select All, copy and paste texture into selection. Apply Rose's or mask of choice
again. Merge group. Change blend mode to Multiply and lower opacity to around 80.

Copy and paste ele41, resize 80% and drop shadow 2/-3/50/8.00.

Copy and paste ele4, resize 70%, move over to right hand side of canvas, see tag for placement.
Duplicate layer, Image - Mirror. Merge frame layers together. Drop shadow 2/-3/50/8.00.

Using Magic wand click inside frame parts, Selections - Modify - Expand by 12 - Add a Raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice (I used paper2) into selection. Move paper layer below frame layer.

Before Selecting None, copy and paste tube in one part of frame, either left or right depending on which
way the tube faces. Resize if needed - Selection - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard. Duplicate layer -
Image - Mirror. Merge tube layers together. Duplicate that layer, on original, Image - Blur -
Gaussian blur (settings below). Highlight copy - Apply Xero Radiance (settings below). Change blend
mode to Hard Light.

Highlight frame layer again, using magic wand, click inside both parts. Selections - Modify - Expand
by 8 - Add a raster layer, copy and paste texture into selection. Select None. Move texture layer
below frame, but above tube. Change blend mode to Saturation Legacy and lower opacity to around 90.

Copy and paste ele44, Place in the corner left top hand corner of right frame. Duplicate layer - Image
- Mirror. Merge layer down.

Highlight frame layer, copy and paste ele51, resize by 60. Place on top middle of frame. Add a Medium
Gradient glow, White (Settings below). Drop shadow 2/-3/50/8.00. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Copy and paste ele43, resize 60% twice. Drop shadow (same as above). Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
See tag for placement.

Copy and paste ele46, resize 60% twice. Drop shadow (same as above). Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

Copy and paste ele16, resize 60%, free rotate 7 right. Drop shadow (same as above). See tag for
placement.

Copy and paste ele55, resize 60% twice. Free rotate 7 left. Drop shadow (same as above). Duplicate
layer - Image - Mirror. See tag for placement, making the drum sticks crossed.

Copy and paste ele50, resize 60% twice. Drop shadow (same as above).
