What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I use version 9 but any version should work.
Artwork, I used 2 tubes by the fabulous PinUp Toons. You
can purchase this artwork from CILM. Please do not use
this artwork without a proper license from CILM!!
Scrap kit of choice, I used an awesome PTU kit by Kristin of Toxic Desirez, called Lithium.

Mask, I used mask WSL222 by Chelle/WeeScotLass which you
can download from her blog WSL .

Template, I used one I made for this tut. You can download it
HERE. Made for this tut only, please do not share.
Filters Used:
Xenofex 1 - Stain
Xero - Radiance
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
•Open WSL222 mask & my template in psp. Minimize mask. Shift D to duplicate my
template. Close original. Delete Credit layer.
•Highlight background layer, add a raster layer. Selections - Select All, copy &
paste paper of choice (I used paper 21) into selections. Select none.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image, choose WSL222 mask from drop down
menu. Making sure Invert Mask Data is Unchecked. Click OK. Merge group.
Apply Xenofex 1 - Stain (screenshot below).
•Highlight Upper glitter rectangle, drop shadow of choice, I used 3/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight Upper black rectangle. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy
and paste paper of choice (I used paper 19) as new layer. I resized paper about
80% making sure spiders were in the rectangle - Selections - Invert - hit delete on
keyboard. Selections - Select None.
•Do the same for lower rectangles.
•Highlight left glitter oval, drop shadow of choice or the one I used 3/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight left red oval. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy
and paste paper of choice (I used paper 5) as new layer. I resized paper about
80% - Selections - Invert - . Copy and paste tube of choice,
resize if needed. Center tube in left oval - hit delete on keyboard - Selections -
Select None. Set blend mode to Burn.
•Do the same for right ovals.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Wings, resize 75% twice. See tag for placement. Drop shadow of
choice, I used 1/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight Black rectangle - drop shadow of choice or the one I used, 3/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight red rectangle - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy paper of choice
(I used paper 2) - add a raster layer and paste into selection - Selections - Select None.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds (screenshot below).
Copy and paste tube of choice, I mirrored mine. Resize if needed. Apply Xero - Radiance.
(screenshot below) Set blend mode to burn. See tag for example.
Copy and paste tube again, duplicate and hide the copy. Move the original to the upper part
of right side of rectangle. Set blend mode to Screen and lower opacity to about 36.
Un-hide copy of tube and duplicate again. Add Guassian Blur to the first copy, 3.00 and apply
Xero - Radiance (same settings as before). On 2nd copy set blend mode to Hard Light. Drop
Shadow 2/-1/55/5.00.
Highlight red rectangle - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert - Highlight
each tube layer and hit delete on keyboard.
•Highlight Red Dot lines, drop shadow, I used 3/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight right White Dot Line - Adjust - Color Balance - Manual Color Correction. Screenshot
below. Do the same for left white dot line.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Flame, resize by 50%, place over center dots in the rectangle. Set
blend mode to Soft Light.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Bow1, resize by 50%, see tag for placement. Drop shadow 3/-1/55/5.00.
Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Place on lower right side.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Skull, resize by 60% twice. Drop shadow 3/-1/55/5.00. See tag for
placement.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Screw, resize by 50% twice. Drop Shadow 3/-1/55/5.00. Adjust -
Sharpness - Sharpen. Place on knot of bow. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Place on lower
right bow's knot.
•Copy and paste Lithium-Bunny, resize by 75% twice. See tag for placement.
Add Copyright info and name.
I used Misproject, picked 2 colors from the bow and made a gradient.
#FFD814/#BC2414 settings below. Add noise 35% Uniform/Monochrome.
Add Black Medium gradient glow. Drop Shadow 3/-1/55/5.00.

If happy, delete background layer and merge visible, save as png or merge all and
save as jpeg.
