What you will need:

PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.

Tubes of choice, I used the amazing artwork of Keith Garvey.
Which you can purchase from MPT, please do not use Keith's
work without a proper license from MPT!!!

Scrap kit, I used the awesome PTU kit by Kristin of Toxic Desirez
called Lithium. Please check out Kristin's blog HERE for stores she
sells in. Thanks Hun!

Mask of choice, I used one by Jenny, MusicMask2byJenny, which
you can download from Creative Misfits Creations blog Creative Misfits Creations Please
leave some love if you download! Thanks Jenny!!

Font, I used New Gothic Textura from Dafont

Filters Used:
Xero - Greyscaler
Xero - Radiance
Xero - Porcelain
Xero - Fritillary
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

•Open Jenny's music mask 2 in psp and minimize.

•Open a 600 X 500 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Add a raster layer, Selections - Select All, copy and paste
paper of choice, I used paper 3, into selection. Select None.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image, choose Jenny's mask
from drop down menu. Make sure Invert Mask Data is unchecked.
Click OK. Merge group. Duplicate mask layer. On original apply
Xero Fritillary (screenshot below). On copy change blend mode
to burn.

•Copy and paste Lithium Frame 1, resize by 85%. Using magic
wand click inside both sides of frame. Selections - Modify -
Expand by 3. Add a Raster Layer, copy and paste paper of
choice, I used paper 1, into selection. Select None. Copy and
paste tube of choice, I resized the close-up twice at 90%. Place
in right side of frame. Using magic wand, click inside right frame,
Selections - Modify expand by 3 - Selections - Invert - highlight
tube layer and hit delete on keyboard. Select None. Duplicate
layer - Image - Mirror. On original tube layer apply Xero -
Greyscaler (screenshot below) Then apply Xero - Porcelain (screen
shot below).

On copy tube layer, duplicate layer. On original copy layer - Adjust -
Blur - Gaussian Blur - 5.00. Apply Xero - Radiance (screenshot below).
On duplicate copy, change blend mode to Hard light.
Arrange tube layers to below frame layer. Highlight Frame layer and
drop shadow, I used 5/-2/55/5.00.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Sparkles, resize 90% twice. Arrange layer to
below frame layer.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Lips 1, resize 40%. Drop shadow 5/-2/55/5.00.
Place on upper right hand side of frame. Duplicate layer, Image - mirror.

•Copy and paste Half tube, resize if needed. Adjust - Sharpeness - Sharpen.
Drop Shadow 5/-2/55/5.00.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Barbed Wire, resize 65%. Drop shadow 5/-2/55/5.00.
Place on lower part of frame. Erase parts of half tube that fall below the barbed
wire.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Boot, resize 50%. Drop shadow 5/-2/55/5.00. See tag
for placement.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Skull Charm 3, resize 65%. Add a medium Red Gradient
Glow (screenshot below). Drop shadow 5/-2/55/5.00. See tag for placement.

•Copy and paste Lithium-Star 1, resize 65%. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen. Add
the same red gradient glow as above. Drop shadow 5/-3/55/5.00.

Add copyright info and name.

I used New Gothic Texture size 48 Black. Adjust - Add/remove Noise 35% Uniform
monochrome. Add a fat white gradient glow. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00.

Delete background layer and merge visible, save as png or merge all and save as jpeg.
