This is a very easy tutorial. So lets get started

•Open up your template and resize canvas 650x650 we can resize later.

• Delete the credit layer.

• on the circle layer go to selections/select all/ float / defloat. copy a paper of your choice from the kit as a new layer.

selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. selections/select none.

• on circle border ,selections/select all/float/defloat add paper of your choice as a new layer. Selections/invert hit delete on your keyboard. selections/select none.

you can now delete the original layers from your layer palette.

• on top square selections/select all/float/defloat add another paper of your choice. do not deselect.

•copy one of the wolf tubes from the kit or you can use the pigs, which ever one you like best. paste as a new layer, resize by 30% and then again at 70%, and place inside the square. Selections/invert hit delete on your keyboard. and then go to the layer your paper is on and hit delete there as well.selections/select none.

• on your layer palette highlight border top square. selections/select all/float/defloat add paper of your choice..selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Delete original layer.

• follow these same steps for middle and bottom square and borders.

• on the bottom thin squares,go to selections/select all float/defloat add paper of choice i used the plain black piece. selections.invert and hit delete on your keyboard. selections/select none.

do the same for the top thin squares layer. you can delete both orignal layers for those.

• ok now go to your preset shapes, find the elipse shape.line style solid. size 1 , foregroud set to any color. background set to null. draw your circle around the border of the large circle of your tag. do not convert to raster layer.

grab the font you want to use. and start towards the end of your circle. you should see an a with a little curve under it, this means your on the right path. start typing out your text. I put Who's afraid of the big bad wolf ?

now on your layer palette, you will see vector, your text and ellipse, x out the ellipse layer this gets rid of the circle shape. and on your vector layer right click convert to raster layer.

I also added a gradient glow just to make the text stand out more, that is up to you if you want to do the same.

• copy and paste sparkles 1 from the kit and place behind your big circle layer. copy and paste sparkles 2 from the kit image/mirror. move to the right of your tag.

•copy and paste tag 2 from the kit , paste as a new layer and place on the last frame with the wolf see my tag for refrence. use your freehand tool and make a selection around the handle of the tag to make it look as if the tag is hanging from the frame.

• add your name to the tag. font i used is called Bitch Cakes.

• go ahead and add copyright info to your tag. make sure you don't forget url as well. and any other info you need if your using ptu tubes.

resize and save your tag.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. would love to see your results.
