What you will need:
Paintshop Pro - I used version 9, but any version should work.
Tube (close-up) of choice - I used the AWESOME artwork of Ismael Rac, which you can purchase from AMI. *Updated 12-12-09, to use the commission piece Ismael did for me. Thank you so much Ismael!!* Please do not use Ismael's artwork without purchasing it from AMI!!
Scrapkit - I used the lovely PTU kit by Jessica of Scraps by Jessica, called Vicky. Which you can purchase from Jess's store HERE. Thanks so much Hun.
Mask - I used Chelle mask 220, which you can download from Chelle's site WeeScotsLass. Thanks Hun.
Font of choice - I used Calligula

A knowledge of PSP helps.
Open Chelle's mask 220 in PSP and minimize. Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used V_TS_paper1. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - Choose WSL mask 220 from the drop down menu. Invert Data Unchecked, click ok. Merge group. Apply Penta.com - Dot and cross, (85-10-2) settings below. Layers - Add a raster layer. Apply Mura Meister Tone (pick 2 colors from tube or paper or use the white and black - personal choice) (300 - 50 - 10 - 45 - 0 - 0) Settings below. Highlight mask layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Invert - Highlight Tone layer - hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.

Copy and paste V_TS_Net1, resize 90% twice, drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00, Sharpen twice.
Copy and paste V-TS_frame6, resize 90%, drop shadow 3-3-40-3.00. Using magic wand, click inside frame - Selections - Modify - Expand by 10 - Copy and paste paper of choice, I used V_TS_paper18 - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Copy and paste Tube of choice, resize if needed - Hit delete on keyboard. Move paper and tube layer below frame. Highlight Tube layer - Layers - Properties - Hard Light. Duplicate layer, merge tube layers together. Lower opacity to around 80. If you use a different tube, you might want to play around with the opacity.
Copy and paste V_TS_bracket3, resize 80% twice. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. Place on right hand side of frame. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror. Merge bracket layers together.
Copy and paste V_TS_flower1, resize 70%, three times. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste V_TS_pendant1, resize 80%, twice. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste V_TS_tag1, resize 80%. Drop shadow 1-1-40.3.00. See Tag for placement.
Copy and pste V_TS_star3, resize 20%. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. Place on knot of tag.
Copy and paste V-TS_shell1, resize 30%. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. place on lower right corner of frame.
Copy and paste V_TS_shell5, resize 50%. Drop shadow 1-1-40.3.00. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste V_TS_shell4, resize 40%. Drop shadow 1-1-40.3.00. See tag for placement.
Copy and paste V_TS_bow5, resize 50%. Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00. Place at top of frame center.
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used Calligula font. Place on tag. Add 3.00 Fat gradient glow (Optional). Drop shadow 1-1-40-3.00.
Crop, if needed, and save as png or jpg.
