What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I used version 9 but any version should work.
Tubes of choice, I used the beautiful artwork of Barbara Jensen. Which I purchased
from her site, HERE Please do not use Barb's
artwork without the proper license!!
Scrap kit, I used the awesome PTU kit by Kristin/Toxic Desirez, called Wickedly Sinful.

Template, by me exclusively for this tut, you can download it HERE.
Font, I used Weltron, which you can download HERE.
Filters Used:
Xero - Nostalgia
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
•Open my temp in psp, shift D to duplicate. Close original.
•Highlight left glitter strip, drop shadow, 2/-1/55/5.00. Do right glitter strip the same way.
•Highlight left blue strip. Selections - select all - float - defloat, copy and paste paper of choice
as new layer, I used paper 6, I resized it at 85%, selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard -
select none. Delete original blue strip. Do right blue strip the same way.
•Copy and paste roses 2, resize 65%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. Duplicate layer. Image -
flip. Merge layer down.
•Highlight upper glitter circle, drop shadow, 2/-1/55/5.00. Do lower glitter circle the same way.
•Highlight upper blue circle. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 3 - selections - select none. Do
lower blue circle the same way.
•Highlight upper blue circle, again. Copy and paste tube of choice, resizing if needed. See tag for
exact placement. Duplicate layer, set copy to soft light, on original set to hard light. Highlight upper
blue circle again - Selections - select all - float - defloat - selections - invert - highlight each tube
layer and hit delete on keyboard. Delete original upper blue circle. For Lower blue circle I used a
different tube, but did the same thing except duplicating tube. Delete original lower blue circle.
•Highlight upper black star, I added a fat gradient glow and drop shadowed, 2/-1/55/5.00. Do lower
black star the same way.
•Highlight upper blue star. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 4 - copy and paste tube of choice,
positioning tube in star - selections - invert - hit delete on keyboard. Change blend mode to Burn,
duplicate layer. Delete original upper blue star. Do lower blue star the same way.
•Highlight black rectangle 1. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 21 - selections - select none. Add
fat white gradient glow and drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. Delete original rectangle layer.
•Highlight black rectangle 2. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 21 - selections - select none.
Delete original rectangle layer.
•Highlight gradient rectangle. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 5 - selections - select none.
•Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed. Move to far right side of rectangle, Image -
Mirror - Merge those 2 tube layers together. Duplicate layer, change blend mode of original
to Luminance (L) lower opacity to about 74, on copy change blend mode to Burn.
•Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, place in between other two tubes. Duplicate
layer - Image - Mirror - Merge those tube layers together. Duplicate merged layer together,
change blend mode of original to Luminance (L) lower opacity to about 70, on copy change blend
mode to Burn.
•Highlight gradient rectangle. Selections - select all - float - defloat - selections - invert - highlighting
each tube layer and hitting delete on keyboard. Delete original gradient rectangle.
•Highlight tone layer, change opacity to 88.
•Highlight top tube layer, copy and paste sparkles, resize by 90% twice.
•Copy and paste barbed wire, resize by 65%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. See tag for placement.
Duplicate layer - Image - Flip - Image - Mirror. Merge 2 barbed wire layers together.
•Copy and paste screw, resize by 40%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Duplicate layer - Image - flip. Merge down. Duplicate layer - Image - Mirror.
•Highlight glitter sinful. Add a medium gradient glow #111111 (screenshot below), drop shadow
2/-1/55/5.00.
•Highlight blue sinful layer. Selections - select all - float - defloat, add a raster layer -
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 2 - selections - select none. Add
noise (screenshot below). Delete original blue sinful layer.
•Do the 4 layer and You layer the same way as above. On 4 layer, I used paper 4. On You layer,
I used paper 3.
•Copy and paste wire, resize by 90%. Duplicate layer, Image - Flip - Image - Mirror. Merge layer
down. Arrange to above background layer.
•Copy and paste glitter 2, resize a couple times at 90%. Adjust - sharpness - sharpen.
•Copy and paste main tube, resize if needed. See tag for placement. Duplicate layer. On original -
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - radius 3.25. Apply Xero - Nostalgia. (screenshots below) On
copy, change blend mode to hard light. Give a slight drop shadow, I used 0/0/55/5.00.
•Add copyright info and watermark.
•Add name, I used weltron size 72 - foreground null, background #182431. Added Noise of 35%
Uniform, Monochrome. Then added a fat white gradient glow. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00.
Delete bg layer and merge visible, save as png or merge all and save as jpg.
