I used the beautiful artwork of Marjolein Gulinski, which you can buy at MPT.

The lovely PTU scrap kit by Jessica called Rachel, which you can purchase
HERE.
Tube, mask and font of choice. (I used mask 38 by Becky and Chopin script
for the font.)
FILTERS USED:
FM Tools - Blend Emboss (OPTIONAL) You can get a 30 day demo HERE,
after 30 days, Blend Emboss is one of the 7 filters that will still work.
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)
Let's begin!
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, flood fill white.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 9. Apply mask of
choice, I used Becky's mask 38. Merge Group.
Copy and paste frame2, resize 80% and drop shadow of choice.
Click inside frame with magic wand Selections-Modify-Expand by 8.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 4, Selections-Invert, hit
delete on keyboard.
Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed and drop shadow of choice.
Hit delete on keyboard-Selections-None.
Copy and paste lace, resize by 80%. I added paper 18 to my lace or you can
adjust color. Arrange layers, move to above mask layer.
Copy and paste bow6, resize by 80% twice, drop shadow of choice. Move to
lower right of frame.
Copy and paste staple, resize to liking, drop shadow of choice, sharpen if
needed.
Copy and paste journal1, resize to liking. Rotate 20 to the left, place on
upper left corner of frame and drop shadow of choice.
Copy and paste wordart, resize to liking, drop shadow of choice.
Copy and paste vintagebottle, resize to liking, slight drop shadow.
Copy and paste flowers1, resize and place on bottle. merge down
I used FM Tools, Blend Emboss at default settings on bottle and on paper4.
Copy and paste knottedbow2, resize to liking and drop shadow of choice.
Add copyright info, watermark, save as png.
