What you will need:
PSP, I used version 9, but any version should work.
A Tube of choice. I used PinUp Toons, which you can purchase at CILM. Please do not use without a license from CILM!!
Scrap kit. I used the beautiful FTU kit by Bel Vidotti called Acqua, HERE. Thanks for sharing your lovely kits, Bel!!
Mask of choice - a circular mask works best.
Font of choice - I used Adorable
Filters Used:
Xero - Porcelain
Penta com - Dot & Cross
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (Optional)
Open 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper10. Apply mask and merge group.
Copy and paste acqua29 - frame, drop shadow.
Using magic wand, click inside frame, Selections - Modify - Expand by 3. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper02. Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard -
Selections - Select none. Move paper layer below frame. Apply Penta.com - Dot & Cross. Settings : 50 - 10 - 2. I applied twice.
Using magic wand, click inside frame again, Selections - Modify - Expand by 3, copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, - Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select none. Move tube layer below frame. Apply Xero - Porcelain to tube. Settings: 35 - 128 - 128 - 0 - 0 - 255
On frame layer, copy and paste tube, again, Image - Mirror, resize and drop shadow.
Copy and paste remaining elements, resize and drop shadow.
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used Adorable and added a 3.00 Fat Gradient Glow, drop shadow.
Crop, if needed, save as png or jpg.
