What you will need:
Paintshop Pro. I used version 9, but any version should work.
2 tubes from same artist. I used Jennifer Janesko, which you can purchase from CILM. Please do not use Jennifer's artwork without a proper license from CILM!!
Scrap kit. I used the lovely PTU kit by Rachel, called Vintage Haze. Check out Rachel's blog Captivated Visions for choices of stores. Thanks so much, Hun!!
Mask - I used Vix mask287, which you can find all of her amazing masks at her tut site HERE. Thanks very much, Hun!!
Template13 by me.
Supplies - HERE (Template & Vix Mask287)
Font of choice. I used Aquarelle.
Filters used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Porcelain
Open my Template 13, shift D to duplicate. Close original. Highlight background layer, copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper04. Apply Vix's mask 287, merge group. Duplicate mask layer, on original Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 10.00 Radius.
On copy lower opacity to about 70.
On tall rectangle, Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper07 - Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.
Do remaining tag backs the same way or you can use different papers.
On tall frame - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper01 - Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.
Do remaining frames the same way or use different papers.
I added a gradient glow 3.00 - Black Halo and drop shadow.
Click inside left frame - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5, copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed - Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. Do right frame the same way.
Arrange tube layers below frames. Apply Xero - Porcelain Settings: 15 - 128 - 128 - 0 - 0 - 255.
Copy and paste remaining elements of choice, resize if needed, drop shadow.
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used Aquarelle and add drop shadow. Save as png or jpg.
