What you will need:
PaintShop Pro. I used version 9, but any version shouild work.
A Tube of choice. I used Elias Chatzoudis, which you can purchase from MPT. Please do not use this artwork without a proper license from MPT!!
Scrap kit. I used True Blue by Yvette of Misfits Scraps, which you can download from her's and Missy's blog.
Template 105 by Missy of Divine Intentinz. You can download all of Missy's awesome templates at her blog.
Mask 197 by Vix. You can download all of Vix's amazing masks from her tut site HERE. Look on the goodies page.

Filters Used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Porcelain
Open Missy's template 105, shift D to duplicate. Close original. Delete Credit layer.
Highlight background layer, copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper5. Apply Vix's mask 197, merge group.
Highlight square1 - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper9 - Selections - Invert - Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None. I added a Gradient Glow - 3.00 Fat. Drop shadow.
Do remaining layers the same way.
*On Square3, below selecting none, copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed -Hit delete - Selections - Select None,
Apply Xero - Porcelain SETTINGS: 50 - 128 - 128 - 0 - 0 - 255. Lower opacity to about 90.
Add remaining elements of choice, resize and drop shadow.
Add Copyright info, watermark and name. I used Century Gothic and added a gradient glow 3.0 Black Halo. Save as png or jpg.
