What you will need:
PaintShop Pro, I used version 9, but any version should work.
2 Tubes of choice, a close up and half tube works best. I used the amazing artwork of
Keith Garvey which I purchased from MPT. Please do not use Keith's work without purchasing it
from MPT!!!
Scrap kit, I used the awesome PTU kit by Kristin/Toxic Desirez called Wickedly Sinful. Please check

Mask, I used one by Babe, Babemask12, you can find them on her blog HERE. Please leave some love if you download. Thanks for sharing Hun!
Font, I used A&S Snapper script, a pay font so I can't share, but any script font should work.
Filters Used:
Xero - Moodlight
Xero - Clarity
Xero - Porcelain
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
•Open Babe's mask in psp and minimize. Open a new transparent canvas 600x500, floodfill white.
•Add a raster layer, selections - select all - copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used
paper 8 - selections - select none.
•Layers - new mask layer - from image - choose Babe's mask 12 from drop down menu. Invert mask
data Checked. Click ok. Merge group. Apply Xero - Clarity. (screenshot below)
•Copy and paste frame2, resize 70%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00
•Using magic wand, click inside frame. Selections - modify - expand by 8. Add a raster layer,
copy and paste paper of choice into selection, I used paper 3. Selections - select none. Arrange
paper layer to below frame. Effects - texture effects - Blinds. (screenshot below)
•Copy and paste close up tube. You can see by tag if you're tube is facing left, leave if not Image -
Mirror. Duplicate layer. On original change blend mode to soft light. Apply Xero - Radiance
On copy - Image - Mirror. Duplicate copy layer. On first copy, Adjust - blur - Gaussian blur - Radius 4.75. Apply Xero -
Moodlight. (screenshot below) On second copy change blend mode to hard light. Add slight drop
shadow, I used 1/0/55/5.00.
•Copy and paste film strip, resize by 85%. Move to lower part of circle frame, see tag for placement.
•Using selection tool, draw out a rectangle, see screenshot, add a raster layer, copy and paste paper
of choice into selection, I used paper 4 - selections - select none. Arrange paper layer to below film
strip.
•Copy and paste half tube. Arrange parts inside the filmstrip. When happy merge those layers together.
Apply Xero - Porcelain (screenshot below).
•Copy and paste roses2, resize by 60%. Drop shadow, I used 2/-1/55/5.00. Duplicate layer, Image -
Mirror. Merge rose layers together. Place on lower part of film strip.
•Copy and paste bow4, resize 50%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. See tag for placement.
•Copy and paste heart charm, resize by 50%. Drop shadow 2/-1/55/5.00. Adjust - sharpness -
sharpen. See tag for placement.
•Add copyright and watermark.
•For the name, I used A&S Snapper script, size 48. with foreground null, background #6E8191.
Added noise 35% Uniform - Monochrome. Added a fat white gradient glow and drop shadowed
2/-1/55/5.00.
•Delete background and merge visible, save as png or merge all and save as jpg.
