3 tubes from the same artist, Im using the art of Keith Garvey You must have a license and purchase these from My Psp Tubes in order to use the same tubes...any artist work will do for this tag.

 I like to go ahead and open all my supplies up in psp that
way everything is already there and i don't have to keep going
back and forth. so do that now if you want. I also leave open
my browse in psp with the kit im going to use.
Ok, ready ? lets get started.
•Open up yvettes template 24 ,delete copyright
layer,duplicate/shit D and close out the original.
•resize canvas, image/canvas size resize 650x550 we can resize
later.
•k on the large rectangle layer go to selections/select
all/float defloat. find a paper 17 from the kit or paper of
your choice. copy and then paste as a new layer on your canvas.
go back up to selections/invert and still on the paper
layer,hit delete on your keyboard. selections/select none
delete the original large rectangle layer.
• on your layer palette click on the small rectangle layer, go
to selections/select all/float and then defloat. copy paper 1
or paper of your choice as a new layer. do not deselect..grab
the firt tube you want to use and copy and paste it as a new
layer over your template. move this tube so that its inside the
marching ants to the left. and then do the same thing with your
second tube placing it to the right. if you need to mirror your
tube do that before you copy over to your tag.add a drop shadow
now if you want one on the tubes.
here is a preview of what you should have now.
while still on this tube layer, go to selections/invert and hit
delete on your keyboard. on your layer palette click on the
first tube to the left go to selections/invert and hit delete
on your keyboard..do the same thing with the paper
layer.selections/select none. you can close out those two tubes
we don't need them anymore.
•k now open up your totally awesome word art from the kit, you
can use the whatever word art if you prefer. move this to the
bottom of your layer palette but above your background
layer.resize by 50%, go to effects Mura's Meister copies and
use these settings on your word art layer.
now you want to add your mask over this tiled layer. go to
layers/new mask from image find vixmask196 source luminance
checked..and hit ok. back up to layers/delete ,back up to
layers/merge/merge group.
• now copy your last tube resize as needed, and place over the
middle frame in your template.
• k now at this point you can add any elements you want to your
tag , i added the BFF over the tube to the left, sharpie
cluster 1 over to the right. resize by 70% and place under your
top tube layer. copy the purple clip image/rotate/free rotate
to the left by 90% place it over by the tube on the left so
that its like its holding it in place. you could really use any
of the other elements from the kit here. just decorate how ever
you like, see my finished tag for ideas.
• Finally add your name to the tag, I used is called yoinks. i
added eye candy gradient glow, glow width 3,on color i used fat
settings and changed the first glow color to a blue from the
tag.this is optional, you can use whatever glow or drop shadow
you would like. add copyright to your tag, resize if needed i
always resize my tags by 90%. Save your tag.
Thats all..How easy was that ? hehe..Hope you enjoyed the
tutorial as much as i did. you can show off your tuts here in the tag show off board. would love to see your results.
