What you will need:
Tube of choice, I'm using the amazing artwork of Steve Baier, which you can purchase from Up Your Art. Please do not use this artwork without a license from Up Your Art!!
Scrap kit, I'm using the lovely PTU kit by Rachel of Captivated Visions, called All Loved Up. Check out Rachel's blog HERE for stores. Thanks Hun!!
Mask of choice, I used AquaRebel315 mask 006 by me. Masks HERE.
Font of choice, I used Lovers Quarrel ROB.
Filters Used:
Penta com Dot & Cross
Xenofex 2 Constellation
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white. Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 26. Open mask in psp. Layer - New mask layer- from Image - Choose AquaRebel315 mask 006 from dropdown window. (Inver data unchecked) Apply and merge group. Duplicate mask layer. On original layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 8.00. Resize original by 110%. On copy of mask layer apply Penta.com Dot & Cross SETTINGS: 72-10-2.
Copy and paste frame03, resize by 70%, rotate 90 degrees right. Drop shadow 1-1-50-3.00. Using magic wand click inside frame - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5, copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 6 - Selections - Invert - hit delete on keyboard. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed. Hit delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.
Drop shadow tube layer. 1-1-50-3.00. Arrange both tube layer and paper layer to below frame.
Copy and paste elements of choice, resize and same drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark, and name. I used Lovers Quarrel ROB. I added a gradient glow of 3.00 Black Halo.
I then highlighted white background layer - Image - Canvas Size - to 580 X 580
If not animating, save as png or jpg.
Animating:
Highlight Copy of mask layer - Apply Xenofex 2 Constellation - Star Field (Screenshot below)
Copy merged into AS, paste as new animation. Back to PSP, undo Constellation, re-apply constellation hitting random seed once. Copy merged into AS, paste after current frame. Back to PSP undo Constellation. Re-apply constellation, hitting random seed once. Copy merged into AS, paste after current frame. Animation - Frame Properties - set to around 25, if happy save as GIF.
