An older tag, I finally got around to tutting.
I used the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you can purchase from AMI. Please do not use this artwork without the proper license!!
The lovely PTU scrap kit by Jessica called Dream Girl, which you can purchase from her store
HERE.
A Circular mask and font, I used Inspiration.
Filter Used:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper3. Apply mask and merge group.
Copy and paste frame1, resize by 90% and drop shadow. Using magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5, copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper14, Selections - Invert -
Delete on keyboard. Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed. - Delete on keyboard - Selections -
Select None. Arrange both scrap and tube layers below frame. Drop shadow tube.
Copy and paste elements of choice, resize and drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark and name, I used Inspiration. I added a gradient glow in black halo.
Save as png or jpg.
