I used the amazing artwork of Keith Garvey, which you can buy from MPT. (Please do not use this image without the proper license from MPT)
Scrap Kit is by Jessica of Scraps by Jessica, called Hope, you can buy this kit from Jessica's store HERE. Thanks, again, Hun!!
Tube, mask and font of choice. I used chick, which you can get at dafont.
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, flood fill white. Copy and paste paper of choice, apply mask and merge group. I used paper16. Copy and paste glitterborder1, resize by 80% twice. I used as a frame. Using magic wand, click inside, selections-modify and expand by 2. Paste paper of choice, (I used paper 23) selections - invert -delete on keyboard - select none. Move paper layer below border layer.
Copy and paste glitterborder2, resize by 80%, three times. I duplicated image, then merged down. Click inside, selections - modify and expand by 2. Copy and paste paper of choice (I used paper3), selections-invert-delete on keyboard-select none. Move layer down below border layer. Drop shadow frame layers. *If not using the same kit, use your preset rectangle shape. Line width 7.00 in colors of your choice. Once converting to raster layer, Adjust- Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise- Gaussian - Noise 40% - Monochrome.*
Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed, drop shadow.
Add elements of choice, resize and drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark and name. I used chick for the name, with a gradient glow.
Animation {OPTIONAL} Use selection tool - rectangle to fit into cell phone face, add raster layer, flood fill in a light gray. Move below cell phone layer, duplicate for a total of 3 layers. Leave original at 100% opacity. On copy 1 - lower opacity to around 30%. On copy 2 - lower opacity to around 12%. Hide these 3 layers and copy merged into AS, paste as new animation. Back to PSP, unhide copy 2 and copy merged into AS, pasting after current frame. Back to PSP, hide copy 2, and unhide copy 1, copy merged into AS, pasting after current frame. Back to PSP, hide that copy and unhide original, copy merged into AS, pasting after current frame. In AS, edit-select all-animation frames - set to 35. Click on last frame - animation frames - set to 100. View animation, if happy save as GIF.
