artwork at CILM... Please do not use her artwork without the proper
license from CILM.

Tube, Mask and font of choice. Mask, I used Becky mask 22. Font, I used
Century Gothic.
FILTERS USED:
Xenofex 2 - Constellation (OPTIONAL - can be done without animating)
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)
Open 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper14. Apply mask and merge
group. Apply Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique, Settings in
Screenshot below... Duplicate layer and merge down.
Copy and paste Frame4, resize by 90% and drop shadow.
With magic wand, click inside frame, Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.
Copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper11, Selections - Invert - hit
delete on keyboard. Selections - Select None. Move layer below frame.
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds. Screenshot below.
Copy and paste elements of choice, resize to liking and drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark and name. I used Gradient Glow - Black
Halo 3.0 on name. If you don't want to animate, save as png or jpg...
ANIMATION (OPTIONAL)
Highlight mask layer, duplicate layer. On copy layer, apply Xenofex Constellation
Settings below. 2.64 - 88 - 59 - 1 - 100 - 55 Random seed - 1106
Copy merged into Animation shop and paste as new animation. Back to PSP,
Edit - undo constellation. Apply constellation, changing only random seed, hit
once. Copy merged into AS and paste after current frame. Back to PSP,
undo constellation. Re-apply constellation, hitting random seed once. Copy
merged into AS and paste after current frame.
Select All, Animation - Frames change to 18 and if happy save as gif.
