FILTERS USED:
DSB - Linear Transmission
Xero - Soft Vingrette
Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.
Copy and paste a paper of choice, I used paper3. Apply Vix mask21 and
merge group. Duplicate layer. Highlight Original mask layer. DSB - Linear
Transmission 3 - 10 - 50 Vertical. Resize by 95%, lower opacity to around
50 in layer pallette.
Copy and paste Star 1, from supplies. Using magic wand, click inside star,
copy and paste paper of choice, I used paper 8. Selections - Invert - hit
delete on keyboard.
Copy and paste tube of choice, resize if needed. Hit delete on keyboard.
Apply Xero - Soft Vignette 0/-48/-17/255
Copy and paste elements of choice, resize and drop shadow.
Add copyright info, watermark and Name, I used Bank Gothic and added a gradient glow of 3.0 fat. Drop shadow name.
If not animating, save as png or jpg.
ANIMATION
Copy star 2 overlay from supplies, it should paste exactly over star 1. Effects - Xenofex 2 - Constellation - Setting: Bling Bling. Tick make selection transparent Screen shot below. (2.00 - 50 - 50 - 25 - 50 - 75)
Copy merged into AS, paste as new animation. Back to PSP, undo constellation, re apply constellation, hit random seed once. Copy merged into AS, paste after current frame. Back to PSP, undo constellation, re apply constellation, hit random seed once. Copy merged into AS and paste after current frame. View animation and if happy save as GIF.
