I used the amazing artwork of Jennifer Janesko, which you can buy from
CILM. Please do not use without the proper license!!

I used the fab FTU scrap kit by Carey. It's her first kit and I think she did
a great job!!! You can download from her blog HERE. Please leave her some
love if you download.

A tube of choice.
Mask I used HERE. If this is your mask, please email me, so I can give
proper credit or remove. Thank you.
Font - I used Copperplate Gothic.

FILTERS USED:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (OPTIONAL)

Eye Candy 5 - Textures - Texture Noise

Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas, floodfill white.

Add a reaster layer, Selections - Select All - Copy and paste paper of
choice into Selection - Select None. I used paper 4.
Apply mask and merge group.

Copy and paste Frame - Circled, resize and drop shadow.

Using magic wand, click inside frame - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5,
Copy and paste paper of choice, resize to liking - Selections - Invert - hit
delete on keyboard - Selections - Select None.

Copy and paste tube of choice, resize and drop shadow.

Copy and paste elements of choice, resize to liking and drop shadow.

Add copyright info, watermark and name, I used Copperplate Gothic and added
a gradient glow - 3.0 Black halo.

If not animating, stop here and save as png.

ANIMATION:

Highlight mask layer - Effects - Eye Candy 5 - Textures - Texture Noise.
Settings Diamonds - Color #bc0000 random seed 4630. Screen Shot below.



Copy merged into AS, paste as new animation. Back to PSP, undo noise and
repeat, hitting random seed once or twice. Copy merged into AS, paste after
current frame. Back to psp, undo noise and repeat, hitting random seed, once
or twice. Copy merged into AS, paste after current frame. In AS, Edit -
Select All - Animation - Frame Properties - set to about 40. View animation
and if happy save as GIF.
